The flat is small but very nicely located. It's 5m by bike to the university, you have U-Bahn and Tram right around the corner (each 3m). Konstablerwache is not far but it's a nice area. Theres a piano (i exchanged the one on the photo for a real one) and a french balkony into the small garden. There's a rather big bed and also a couch that can be turned into another bed. There's a supermarket and a fitness studio and a nice record store in the street...
